Initially specialising in bearings, Rotary Bearings has continually broadened its product range, now offering belts and pulleys, Loctite products, PPE, chains and sprockets, oil seals, and O-rings. The company also provides expertise in auto-lubrication, specialist lubricants, and condition monitoring.

Condition monitoring
Rotary Bearings in partnership with SPM instrument.
Products include handheld devices, high performance online systems and wireless vibration sensors for remote condition monitoring. Measuring techniques which include HD technology vibration monitoring and shock pulse monitoring.
Managed services where Rotary Bearings work together with the customer offering condition monitoring data logging.
Vibration analysis report can be provided where there has been a change in the condition or performance of the plant.
Auto-lubrication and specialist lubricants
Rotary Bearings with key suppliers such as Gruetzner and Molyslip provide tailored lubrication solutions. Our range of lubricators can come prefilled with carefully selected Molyslip grease and oils or prefilled to suit specific requirements.
SmartLube – An important addition to our auto-lubrication range in 2024. SmartLube is fully automated reducing the need for maintenance team to continually tie up resources on tasks such as lubrication. Particularly useful in remote applications.
